RecommendedThe clinical staff and office personnel are amazing. They truly love their jobs and the calling this job has on their lives.
My family was appalled at the lack of compassion and empathy shown by the Roseburg Oregon office. It being a holiday weekend our loved ones prescription needs and communicating with the family about their visit was the last thing on their mind. Instead they choose the walk of shame out the back door of the facility. The RN who handled the pronouncing was prompt and professional. They where the last contact our family has had from Amedisys. Wham bam and not even a follow up call .
