Please save yourself the heartache of watching your loved one suffer. Hospice is supposed to help keep them comfortable in this place did not meet that standard. My loved ones suffered as we waited sometimes hours for a nurse to come. They used every excuse in the book to try to get out of coming every time we called and needed them. Highly recommend that you do not use this establishment.
We tried everything for my dad. We went through home health, an inpatient stay and finally while sitting in the hospital asking to go home, we made the decision for hospice for my dad. I know hospice well, but when it’s your dad, it’s completely different. The care this team showed was amazing. They were on call for us 24/7. They paid for everything dad needed.
