Do not use this company for wound care if you have a less than sparkling clean home they will deny you as a patient and set back your treatment while you and your doctor search for other at home wound care.

I highly recommend Amedisys Home Health! We have provided non-medical home care services to many clients who are also receiving home health care services from Amedisys. We hold those who work with seniors to a very high standard and across the board, Amedisys' Occupational therapists, Physical Therapists, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, and Home Health Aides are some of the BEST we have worked alongside. I had open heart surgery. They seem to be very unorganized, as how to take care of me. I was always asking about checking or doing things that I knew needed to be done. I had open heart 19 yrs ago so this has been an on going problem for yrs. I finally called the nurse. My inr was 4.7. That's when I informed them i wouldn't no longer need their service. The physical therapists your helpful & informative.

I recently had knee replacement surgery and used Amedisys home health for my rehab. It was the best experience ever. My physical therapist and my nurses, made it so easy to recover. Especially my therapist John, he really went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend them every day to all my friends. Thank you Amedysis for getting me back on my feet and back to living a regular life! You all are the best!
