Amedisys of Conway is second to none in patient care and family care. My mom just recently passed away due to Dementia. We were referred to Amedisys early June. Mom passed in August. The nurses that worked with us already have their Angel wings. They were not only great with mom but went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for. My first experience with having to use this type of service. I have waited for 3 days for a call back on a service I need prior to seeing my surgeon. Spoke to 3 different nurses and no one has called to schedule the appointment.
My experiences with Amedisys have been nothing but positive! I've been a client twice; once when recovering from a broken back, and once post op on a TKR! The medical team is friendly, concerned about your well being and Excellent in performing what they have been assigned to do! Physical therapy is just what you need, if a weekly nurse visit is required, they truly listen to your needs and handle issues! Proud to be an employee of such a great company. Very good to their employees. All nurses and therapists are great! They take excellent care of patients,. All are in it for the right reason and it shows in the care they give!
