Great Physical Therapist. Very knowledgeable and encouraging. Patient is much improved and motivated to continue with learned excersizes and skills.
Support staff and therapists were professional, knowledgeable and kind. All four managed a tiny bit of humor, too. We are located in a somewhat remote area, and providers arrived in a timely manner. They demonstrated flexibility with appointment times and the PT provider went out of her way to add us into her busy schedule. I would feel comfortable recommending this company to meet homecare needs and specifically the quartet of caregiver/support staff with whom we interacted.
The PT was incredibly useful but just as impressive, they had the tact and patience and other interpersonal skills to cajole my 92-year-old mother to actually participate after her pelvic fx. She would not have left the wheelchair without their PT. She is a happier human being able to use her walker again.
Nastashia was amazing, and such a wonderful help. She has a heart of gold and genuinely cares for the clients she serves. I appreciate her so much.
