Very polite staff from the Visiting Nurses to the folks on the other end of the phone that are there 24/7 and will ALWAYS answer your call. I was extremely lucky to have 3 of the BEST & nicest nurses ever. They were personable, very smart, great attitudes and ALWAYS there for you even with any questions or possible issues they respond immediately & walk you through ANY issues you may run into. The PT's assigned to my Mother's care are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! My Mother has improved significantly under their care and expert skills set. She was SEVERELY lacking in PT due to the negligence of the rehab facility where she was after her stay at Berkshire Medical Center. I was told about Amedisys from several health care practitioners and I am so pleased to have engaged them for the continuum of care for my Mother. I very highly recommend Amedisys to anyone seeking this high level of care.
Horrible place they never ordered my husband’s supplies his leg got infected, I called office director hung up on me, do not use this place they suck
