Very good experience, nurses were nice and professional.
I truly appreciate the help we received from Amedisys. I gave it 5 stars for the therapists Terry and Stephanie. They were patient with my dad and worked with him well. But I would say in terms of calling the office and getting assistance, I would give it 1 star. I had to call the office a couple of times to request changes to assistance and kept getting forwarded to a voicemail and never received a call back. Amedisys provided outstanding service with extremely caring and professional staff! Everyone we dealt with were excellent ambassadors but I must point out Darilyn, the PT specialist, who was an Angel of support to my wife and I.
