Ebony, Cody, Jordan, and Lester were all excellent—professional, attentive, and supportive throughout. However, I was disappointed with Ishmur’s lack of responsiveness regarding my request for outpatient orders and access to my notes after discharge, especially since I was assured they would be provided. The company needs to improve its communication and follow-through, particularly when it comes to understanding and fulfilling its responsibilities to patients.
