I would not choose this company for my homecare. The company is inconsistent with scheduling your visits. The nurses are no calls no shows. You call the company to inquire they never can give a direct answer. The PTA Tawanna they sent she was extremely professional. I loved her. But I only saw her twice. I definitely would do my research when choosing a home care. Definitely not this company.
Amedysis provided excellent PT for my Mom following two hospitalizations. They were patient when we needed to reschedule appointments. And their nurse took the time to answer our questions.
Arlene Venable, the nurse, was fantastic! Very thorough, kind and knowledgeble. Made us feel like we are in good hands. Great first impression for this company. Well done.
Nurses have drawn blood on schedule and changed the dressing when needed. Nurse describes the procedure as well as the “why”.behind it lifting the fog of ignorance. All have been generous with their time.
I have nothing but the highest praise for the care that I received at home from my nurse, PT and OT. They were all professional, friendly, flexible and ultimately got me from wheelchair bound to moving around and back to work.
