The Amedisys were highly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The have me all the necessary physical therapy and occupational therapy that I needed and encouraged me. They knew I could do better and encouraged me. It was helpful. I am thankful to them as my condition improved and continues to improve following their tips. The nurse that came a couple of times was also highly helpful, professional and competent. I cannot ask for more from this group and highly recommend them.
My experience having a home health care professional was wonderful. My nurse was a professional of the highest caliber and that made me very comfortable having her maintain the PICC line and change of the bandages around it. She was fast, efficient, and kept to a schedule we both agreed upon. She helped me take charge of my healing by having me communicate with the supplier to make sure I had the medication up to date and delivery every week for the six weeks I was under her care.
I had bilateral knee replacement, which is not common, and the best thing I can say is Tracey and Clark tailored my PT specifically for me to have my best chance for success. I thank them for their patience and their non-cookie cutter process to my PT.
