The Staff is very trust worthy and honest, if they feel they might not be at capacity to do the work they are sincere in expressing those views. The reason why I bring this up is because to have staff express those concerns show that they really care about the patient well being and the patient is not just as a means for money. This shows a lot of high character from the staff and I would definitely recommend them as they will listen to your situation and concerns and give direction in appropriate way.
Helpful and supportive team! (For Owner) Make sure to tell your representatives to leave a voicemail if they don't get an answer. Getting spammed by this number and had no idea who it was. I figured it was a bot or scammer till I searched for the number online. I don't answer numbers I'm not familiar with as a precaution. (edit) The calls were from the automated checkup phone call that I was signed up for. It doesn't know how to handle voicemail I guess.
