Very happy with the service from everyone, including nurse, PT & OT. Only complaint We have is not being able to schedule appointments for the entire week ahead of time. Scheduling the night before when the patient has a lot of Dr Appointments just didn’t work for us.Thank everyone that came to our home.
Your Company did not get timely authorization on two occasions from our Primary Dr. I did not receive a courtesy call on either appointment date that they were not coming. After not showing I star UT Ed making inquiries and had to make the coordinating phone calls myself to get back on the schedule. This was to have a pik line removed. Very disappointed in your service.
Personable AND very competent. Everything was explained simply and clearly for me.
I was very pleased with both the home health and PT providers. The care was excellent.
The nurse and physical therapists were very professional and my time with them was so much better than all of my previous experiences with other agencies. Should the need arise, I will definitely request Amedisys Home Health Care.
