Very hard to work with, absolutely zero flexibility with scheduling. On intake they seemed like they truly wanted to help my husband and me as much as possible but when I had a different suggestion for the best way to do range of motion I was told "it sounds like you know what you're doing we'll just discharge him tomorrow". After applying for a nursing position, I called a couple of times before I got in touch with the hiring lady. Finally set up an interview and then get a call from her assistant 15 minutes before the interview is suppose to start, saying that she had to reschedule due to her being behind on payroll! I did have an interview the next day and she set up a "ride along" with another nurse for me to shadow, but instead I had to drive my own vehicle over 90 miles that day and didn't get paid for it!! I can’t say enough about the PT and OT folks at Amedisys. I’m so sad Medicare messed up in changing my plan to BluCare and they were not on there. Adam Angie Kia Rebecca all were the best. I have a rare disease that affects my muscles and they went above and beyond to make sure what they were doing was helping and not harming. Lexi with speech therapy was tantamount to me being able to have my trach removed easily. I miss them all terribly.
