My mother was referred to this place after a hospital visit. Before we could even get settled back at home, both of us received an influx of calls from an employee here (3 calls within 1 minute, multiple times). These calls came from multiple different numbers. No voicemail. Over the past 6 months I've used home health care through Advent Out Patient services twice. The first was directly through Advent (I believe) and the second time Amedisys Home Health Care was the services provider I must say that the services provided by Amedisys has been far better than the other provider as follows: > pre visit contact - on evening prior to scheduled visit, On most occasions the Advent home health care group failed to call the evening and left me hanging as to when/if they would show up. > on three specif... read more
