RecommendedAmdal has wonderful staff, and provides outstanding service. My pops needed a gurney transport home from the hospital,and an Amdal representative contacted us within minutes of his discharge plan being signed. They maintained contact with us over the phone up until he was comfortable inside his own home. Ray and Ryan brought him home,helped us get him situated and comfortable. Ryan Dias was a very nice driver he picked up my Grandmother and made sure her first day was easy made her feel very comfortable. He was super nice and courteous very friendly we hope to have him as our permanent driver for my grandma. And by the way he smells good.
I've been a caregiver for Amdal for nearly two years and I love it. The office staffs primary concern is the health and safety of caregivers and clients. They always work hard to make sure shifts are staffed and care is received. Amdal provides clear guidelines for both caregivers and clients to stay within the boundaries set forward by the home care services bureau. I enjoy providing care for my clients. I have heard a lot of positive feedback from clients and their families.
Used Amdal for my mother-in-law (aged 84) who has dementia. They were very professional and were excelent caregivers. Highly recommend them.
The staff and caregivers are here in the office and in your homes to help in all the ways that are needed...very great support system we have..lots of at hand knowledge love and care...for all....
