Bought a car cash, from the lot in Spanaway for my son as his first car, he had saved for this car for a year. We were told to come back in 30 days to get the tabs and licence plate, and title, but noone was there and the lot was locked up as if it went out of business. We drove back at least 10 times to try to get in touch with them, and still no one was ever there. My sons temporary tabs were expired and now we cannot drive it, and can't reach them no matter with phone call or driving there in person. I have finally filed ... read more
IF YOU LOOK AT THEIR FACEBOOK REVIEWS ALL THE 5 STARS ARE FAMILY MEMBERS OF THEIRS! I bought a car there 3 weeks ago. 40 miles after getting our car the front passenger tire came off on the freeway! We almost died!! Just passed a big rig!! They say there fixing it but they won't answer their phone or messages! Adam was really nice and they gave us a loaner car but I want my car!! Getting very upset!
Great little car lot good people. I recently purchased a Toyota from amd auto. I am very pleased with the deal I got. Great experience over all and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a great pre owned vehicle.
This guys are crooks. I bought a Honda Odyssey from them paid in cash also paid for license and registration. They never sent me title, new tabs, or registration after they were paid in full. When I went to their dealership were I bought car. Place is closed and lot is empty. This guys are scammers and deserve the full blunt of he law. They need to be prosecuted for doing business like this I can’t believe that you can go to a dealership pay for your car in full and they close their office and empty their lot within a month ... read more
Adam ,my salesman was most honest and helpful. As a matter of fact? My husband accidentally gave Adam an extra $100? And Adam returned it to us? Which now days this honor is few and far between. Especially for a salesman as young as he was. My experience was actually a very happy, stress free and joyous one.
