I just needed to say Thank You to Northbrook Court management team for recognizing the need for a change at the mall to cater to the patrons’ needs. Bringing in new service businesses like Green Nails Lab (which was badly needed at the mall) definitely gives a reason to visit more often. I’m looking forward to all the new changes coming ahead in the future at Northbrook Mall..!
Awful experience with the Santa Cares event. I guess he now only cares you spend the minimum of $40 for photos. You are not allowed even one photo with your own camera. Mean staff too. Ruined our day. Scrooge lives on unfortunately.
Beautiful, luxurious ambience. High level of security and comfort.
Love the stores, the customer service, the food! Great ambience as compared to going Downtown- less crowded, a chance to walk around without having to move in a pace.
Close it down tomorrow for the safety of all employees. Shame on you.
Love the mall, very clean, perfect stores, great restaurants...the only negative thing about the mall is the Starbucks. Poor customer service from manager...never smiles and seems like she hates her job.
The AMC theater is comfortable and clean and a great way to spend an evening! Corner Bakery and Claim Company add to the fun!
The Neiman’s is NOT good. The staff is far from friendly and the store is way outdated. Although they wonder why they aren’t doing well.
