Great neurologists, but the office staff is horrible. The phone is NEVER answered, and it takes multiple phone calls, just to get a return call to make an appointment. When you do receive the "privilege" of a return phone call, do not expect courteous treatment. I was a healthcare provider for 40-years and a healthcare administrator for 25-years. I understand the challenges facing healthcare today better than many people. There is absolutely no excuse for uncaring, unresponsive, and unprofessional conduct.

The main reason I am rating this practice so poorly is their absolutely terrible response time to phone messages. I tried for over a week to get a prescription refilled prior to leaving town for vacation. I left three messages at two different locations and no one responded, nor did I get the refill in time! I have also tried calling in the midst of a nearly weeklong migraine in the hopes of avoiding a trip to the ER to no avail. HORRIBLE OFFICE. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THE GRIEF AND DISAPPOINTMENT IM FEELING BECAUSE OF THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE. THEY ABANDON PATIENTS IN NEED. I’m currently having a medical EMERGENCY (cluster headaches with horrible side effects) due to the prescriptions this office prescribed me. Staff is contInuously rude and you’re put on hold for 15 minutes to reschedule an appointment !!
