Always good service and my nails always look great
I was disappointed with the outcome of my recent nail set. I specifically asked not to have any added tips, as I prefer the natural feel and had planned to wait until my nails grew out longer. Despite expressing this, the nail technician reassured me multiple times that it would still work and proceeded with the set. I even double-checked with her before she started.
