I have visited this doctor's office on 05/29/2026 1:30 pm. The reason I visited this office is that I have slipped into the bathroom to get my head scanned or to get a neuro doctor referral if required. My primary care doctor was Dr. Abrahim Rehman, appointment was booked with Dr. Nathaniel H. These doctors listened to my issue that I was having frequent headaches, and I was managing with Tylenol for temporary pain relief. This is one of the worst service provider facilities from UAlbany. I have visited other healthcare provider sites from UAlbany, and I have never been treated like this before. I was calling to get a referral from my PCP for a Neurology Doctor after I recently slipped in the restroom. This facility asked me to visit the doctor’s office to get the referral.
