Phlebotomist injured me every time I’ve had blood drawn here. Doctor diagnosed “Poorly Managed Mental Health” and refused to run appropriate tests. The irrelevant tests she did run, and the subsequent specialist referrals based on these irrelevant tests, delayed diagnosis of a debilitating medical issue that required surgery. I have spent hours on the phone with this office trying to advocate for myself to receive a reasonable standard of care, and I finally gave up and transferred my care to a different practice.
I went there last week and the lady in the lab grabbed my wrist and sprained it. When I called her supervisor they made excuses for her. I said it’s code of ethics she should never put her hands on a patient.
These clowns have no clue what they are doing.. If they even answer the phone at all, They will put you on hold.. And if you have the wrong color skin, they just leave you on hold until you give up and hang up.. Im currently pursuing a lawsuit against them.. Message me if you've also been discriminated against.. We can get a class-action suit going..
The office is quick to get you in and Dr Rosenbloom goes above and beyond each time. Having a adult disabled child and knowing the doctor has her back is amazing.
