Different resident every time I went in so no continuity of care. Refused to renew a blood pressure script when I was 2 months overdue for a physical, but had no availability to see me for a month! They don’t care about their patients and have no communication
My recent experiences have been great. Big office(personal space), lovely receptionists, efficent nurses and MAs. The NP i saw was knowledgeable and intuitive to my needs. I have only used the AMC lab, never had a problem. Took a long time before i could get an appointment 4 starts
