Referred by my warranty company came when schedule, and fixed the problem quickly. The tech was very nice and professional.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company was assigned to me by my warranty company. I made the request on Saturday. On Monday after 5, I had not heard from them. When checking my online dashboard, I see that an appointment had been confirmed. I called the warranty company, and they patched me through to a tech from AMC. He proceeds to tell me that they had called me. If they had, they didn't leave a message. He was very unprofessional and tried to blame it all on me. referred to by home warranty company. great experience tech came out and had the air conditioning up and running in <30min friendly/knowledgeable. explained to me what had gone wrong with my unit. Some of the other reviews comment on the inability to get in contact with this company.. Yes it did require several calls but that is expected with an small company. was able to get an apt for the next day
Referred to these people from my home warranty insurance. They scheduled an appointment for today at 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and promised me they would give me a call before they got here, and they never showed up, they never called, and I called them eight times and nobody answered, goes straight to voicemail. I left multiple messages and nobody gets them or calls back. My warranty company even called them twice with me on the phone with them and this company didn't answer.
