Horrible service! Very unprofessional and will talk your head off about absolutely nothing! Constantly called with no call back. Then he closed the damn service ticket without completing the job. My air still blows hot air… he was supposed to come back and didnt… DO NOT USE!
I would give zero stars if possible. I was referred to this company from my home warranty and they cost me $150.00. They came out due to my AC not working properly. He came in, turned it on and didn't stick around. I told him numerous times that it would start out cold but doesnt stay cold. Not only did he tell me not to turn my AC any lower than 70 but also when i asked him if I could call him back when the cold air stops. His comment was call the home warranty. Here's the deal, they were assigned by my warranty company and after some communications hiccups, everything was jake. Spoke with them today around 9:30 AM, I was a little testy, they were professional. Bam, they were at my house and fixed that janky unit we have now we have heat before I got home from work. Cannot say enough nice things about how pleased we are with the result.
The guy who came out to my home was absolutely delightful and amazing. I read all the negative reviews beforehand and was worried bc I too got them through my warranty. But he was opposite everything I read. I called him and he tried to squeeze me in the same day but was unable to (thanks for that effort!) I called AMC HVAC as soon as my home warranty company assigned them to me, which was in the evening after normal service hours. Not only did they pick up and chat with me with patience and kindness, Sylvester also managed to fit me into the schedule for the next day even though it is high season and the schedule was full.
