An incredibly rude and uncaring person is responsible for scheduling and supporting patients. I was honestly shocked at her callousness and and lack of basic humanity in our conversation - I asked her a simple question about when I could expect to get an approval to schedule an infusion I need urgently and she responded with a passive aggressive non answer. Super.
