Desde que se entra en el edificio la atención es pésima lastima amo al hospital Jackson le debo mi vida, pero es el peor departamento cada vez que he venido a este edificio me va súper mal desde la puerta hasta la espera más de 4 horas he tenido que esperar y ya llevo 50 minutos para que me den la entrada a las oficinas de dermatología voy a llegar tarde a la cita. Ineficiencia total.
So happy with the level of care and professionalism of the staff. The check in process was so efficient and the facility is well maintained. Very grateful for everything.
Old blonde nurse lady in 3B is slow and rude pointing at me and my boyfriend talking shit as we were waiting AN HOUR just for appointment papers and a discharge. Another lady gave me the papers and told me to leave my boyfriend at home. Again, AN HOUR just for papers and the office wasn’t even busy. Just slow as hell for no reason.
