Ambrose Tile and Carpet just completed installing my new carpet and the crew of Mike and Steve did an amazing job. They always arrived on time, were friendly and professional and went to work. It was a pleasure working with Jim, Steve and Mike from communicating with Jim, visiting his store to look at the different types of carpet, him coming over to get measurements and send me the quote to Mike and Steve coming to remove and install the new carpet to cleaning up after they were done. Jim has done many projects for us, flooring, tile backsplash, stair runner, floor tile and a full bathroom model. Quality of work is excellent and if you have an issue (which was only one time), Jim responds quickly and remedies the situation immediately. Highly recommend!
Left a message to order carpet and nobody called back. Trying to spend money locally doesn't always pay off....UPDATE...thx for the explanation.. I need a vacation too!
