Awful. Sharon is nice but Ambrose should have retired 10 years ago. His communication and "bed side manners" are atrocious. If you want someone to make you feel like an inconvenience and show up late to your trial by 45 minutes, then I'd say use him. But no, totally kidding, run, run far away from this office.
