I've been renting a duplex from Ambrose Properties on Pinefield Way for about 5 months now. I have had a great experience so far, and I have nothing bad to say about the residence or the management. ROACHES! BED BUGS! Please anyone who is thinking of renting apartments from these people, think twice for you own sake! The apartments are infested with roaches and beg bugs. I have rented many apartments in my time but have never seen a bug problem like this one had. My first night I was sleeping and felt something crawling on me in the middle of the night.
