9 months ago I couldn't imagine writing this review, all in my family loved dr Ambrose and his staff. Since the office relocated sadly things are terrible.. I am never able to get an appt day of, and the office staff now seems so uncaring or sympathetic to our children's illness. I hate that I have to look elsewhere but I can not continue to deal with this new office.
This Dr not only should of retired 20 years ago, he should of lost his medical license. He is a disgrace to his profession. My son is 12 and was born less than 2 pounds. A very scary time for any mother or father,but anytime he was sick he did nothing and would just call my wife paranoid and always seems anoid that we even came in. Trust me my son was running a 105 degree temperature and he was 3 pounds. He never did a physical in 12 years because he never did, my son has a serious issues.
He's amazing! He listens to your concerns, very flexible and willing to explain everything as needed. He treats you like family and all my questions have been answered with grace and polish as well as an excellent bedside manner from day 1 and he's been our children's pediatrician for 4+ years. My kids love him and don't want to go anywhere else.
Regarding the above review about Dr. Ambrose being rude.... That is far from the truth. My kids love him and he and his staff are all very professional. We have been taking our kids to him for four years and I have no intent on taking them elsewhere.
Peter Ambrose is a very rude and unprofessional Doctor.
