Awful management and awful apartment. My sister’s place is infested with ants and roaches. They’ve had a broken a/c, which has been delayed in getting fixed. Constructions have been going on for months longer than the management announced. Management came into the apartment for the approximate cleaning/fixing fees after moving out and said it would be over $600, without specifications.
I've been living in this apartment complex for about 2 years and have had multiple problems that the resident service office fell short on solving. From cars being parked in my assigned spot multiple times, from my own car being towed because I couldn't park in my spot. The RSO did not care to compensate accordingly or fix the problem. On a few occasions the mail man would leave all of our mailboxes open and exposed for someone to grab whatever they want. The laundry room was out of order very often. A HUGE thank you to your maintenance worker Angel Vasquez! My Fiance lost his wallet in the Starbucks parking lot on Irvine BLVD and Culver. Mr. Vasquez hand delivered it to us at our home with everything inside, and we are so grateful! You truly have an honest and loyal employee. I guess the only one that might be willing to help you in this office is Vincent. So if you need anything always look for him. He is always very helpful. Nothing good to say for the others. Especially if you have a problem, they can find all short of excuses for not resolving it.
I’ve had a few issues with my apartment but I’ve received the best support from Jasmine at the resident services office. She is almost always available when I call her, and at one point was on the phone with me for over 40 minutes when I had questions regarding repairs that needed to happen in my apartment. Hands down, Jasmine has been the most kind, patient, and helpful representative at Ambrose. I normally don’t write reviews for places, but I really felt the need to give credit where credit is due.
