Close to UTC This is across the street from UTC and walking distance from campus. The apartments are pretty small but the prices don't reflect that like the other apartments in the area. There is almost no guest parking.
Clean My friends live in these apartments and I have been there pretty often. It seems like they have a variety of sizes, but its not too big. The apartments are pretty expensive for their size, but it is pretty clean. It is convenient for UCI students because the campus is at a walking distance.
Ambrose I have friends that live in Ambrose apartments and while the space is spacious enough it's by no means bigger than any of the other surrounding apartments. It's also one of the farther locations from campus and not any cheaper.
