Ambler Flower Shop has been my go-to flower shop for a few years now. The arrangements I’ve ordered have been impeccable and the customer service flawless. Even at the last minute I’ve ordered a bouquet and Gene was more than willing to see that it was delivered. Over the years I’ve used flower shops in Chestnut Hill and Gwynedd but Ambler now has my complete devotion. I’ve never been disappointed. This is the MOST hospitable flower shop ever. We have sent beautiful arrangements which everyone cherished. Most recently we sent A Taste of Philly basket including soft pretzels, Tastycakes and fun sodas. The grieving family raved as they shared these goodies with family members. I had a very short timeframe in which I needed an arrangement for a service made. Gene PERSONALLY DELIVERED the flowers to my workplace in under an hour and they were absolutely stunning! Overall, this has been the best example of customer service I have experienced from any business. Highly recommend!!
Gene and his staff were amazing when I hosted my daughter’s birthday party at the shop. He not only taught the girls how to make a beautiful arrangement, but also taught them a few fun facts about the flowers.

Ordered some sympathy flowers online - process was easy and efficient and the flowers got delivered within hours. After my order had been processed, I realized I forgot to sign a name on the card. Called and spoke with Gene who took care of it right away and he even sent me a personal update that the flowers had been delivered and received by someone at the door. Will definitely be using them again!
