I’ve brought my son here before and the haircuts were great, but my recent experience was very disappointing from a service standpoint. I spoke with Isaac, who told me to come in as a walk-in within 10 minutes. When I arrived exactly on time, he had already taken someone else and didn't offer an apology or even acknowledge the situation. Closed when it said it was open. Called 5 times, no answer….
Isaac is a great guy, nice, and friendly. He delivers what you ask for, he doesn’t mess up. Definitely the guy you wanna book with if you want a good price and haircut.
Worst haircut I’ve had in years. The woman cutting my hair took the clippers and went straight from my forehead back when I asked her to leave length for styling. Shorter in the front than it is in the middle or back and the fade is uneven. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.
