Where to begin? My wife first started going to Ambitious Athletics at their old location through a recommendation. What I heard was the trainer, Carmen, was remarkable at guiding my wife through exercises and specifically helping her make adjustments due to joint problems and being new to working out. Absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, everything felt intentional and welcoming. Carmen was amazing—super personable, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and tailored to me. The cold plunge, sauna, and hot tub combo was exactly what my body needed. Carmen, the owner, is truly passionate about fitness as a lifestyle and invested in progress towards your goals. The community at the gym is also incredibly supportive and welcoming. definitely check it out!
