Sick of the get you in and out, expensive one-hour personal training sessions, and directionless group exercise, we created a world-class experience that combines personal and group training. Our gym is open all day long with group training and open gym spread out to allow you to practice at your own pace or with your group. Regardless, you always have a coach available to you. Our proven coaching model eliminates health, fitness, and nutrition guesswork and will keep you in shape for the rest of your life.

Carmen is too touchy feely
When I moved to DC, I researched many gyms, looking for something to mimic my days training as a collegiate athlete. I was in town for a couple days and have a habit of cold plunging every morning. Made a quick appointment online and was in and out in no time. Great place, very friendly, super convenient.
Love spending my mornings at Ambitious Athletes! I transitioned from a personal trainer to the private group sessions at Ambitious Athletes and love it! The group classes are small but the workouts still feel tailored to my own progress. The app we use is super easy to follow, track progress and book sessions. The facility is also so clean which can be hard to find!!! Everyone is super kind and welcoming, very happy and highly recommend! The sauna and cold plunge are a great bonus!
