Buyer beware. Horrible company with no ethics. I wouldn't touch anything associated with Ambitec or RTS Tactical. The put up a big company appearance but it's really just a couple of shady operators. Wouldn't be surprised if they were dropshipping everything from China.
The plate carrier and plates I ordered are very decent quality. However, the helmet I ordered was in limbo for a while. I sent numerous emails, left numerous voicemails, and messaged multiple social media pages that I believe they are associated to (RTS Tactical). After almost two months and lacking customer service, I finally got the issue resolved after about four total times speaking to someone on the phone. They overnighted me a helmet, finally.
