It's always a pleasant experience which is weird to say about a trip to the dentist. From Crystal to my Maria to Dr. Heck..everyone is kind, cheerful, answers questions honestly, able to propose solutions to "problems", gives freely of information when asked. My work schedule and transportation circumstances are respected and accomodated.
