I had a very good experience with Mary. She understood my fear regarding going to the dentist and she gave me some gel to numb my gums when she cleaned my teeth.

After a less than stellar experience at another dentist's office, I came to Dr. Heck for a second opinion. Not only did he spend time listening to me, he spent time explaining things to me. While I'm not excited to have to get a root canal, I feel calmer understanding what's happening and knowing what the next steps are. All the staff I interacted with with kind and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone.
