I visited this jewellery store expecting professional customer service, but my experience was very disappointing. We waited for quite a while and were completely ignored. No one acknowledged our presence, asked if we needed help, or informed us about any delay. After waiting patiently with no communication whatsoever, we decided to leave. A simple greeting or update would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression.
Extremely disappointing service. We waited for 20–25 minutes and no staff member even acknowledged us. Definitely not the level of service expected from a jewellery store.
