Technicians Kevin Jackson and Dillon Harris from Ambient Edge came out 10/29/24 to remove old A/C unit and install a new A/C heat pump. Also replace some of the air ducts and install a new thermostat. They had to bring in a crane to get the the new A/C unit to the back of the home. But all went well, Kevin & Dillon got the job done and made sure all was working before they left. They also did great job cleaning up, thanks Kevin and Dillon.
Adam and Javier did a great job on the removal of my old Lennox system and install of the new Daikin system. Everything was up and running by evening. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend.
Greg Littrell from Ambient edge came out to do the company's partnered Home Depot fall maintenance package today and did a fantastic job. We were originally scheduled for yesterday morning, but they were able to accommodate a last minute schedule change. Today's appointment was supposed to have a window drop 12-6pm today, and they were early!
