Our ac took a dump on one of the hottest days of the year. Called Ambient at 3:30 pm and a tech was out to our house in about an hour. Jacob Vasquez was the tech and he did a thorough inspection of the system. Unfortunately, we had more of a problem than anticipated. Just wanted to give a big shout out to Derek Owens and his apprentice Michael Vonlaurw for doing a awesome job for my wife and I on our Mini Split install. They are a very professional and efficient team, and we're very nice to my wife and I. They answered all our questions and helped us navigate the system. We have a nother unit to install and will ask for them specifically. We would and will recommend Ambient Edge to anyone looking for any HVAC needs. Thanks again Ambient Edge and Derek and Michael.

Steve Stout from Ambient Edge was excellent in explaining all of our options to getting a new HVAC system installed in our home. He called when he was on his way and arrived at the time of the appointment. We are very pleased with the service that we have received so far from Ambient Edge. I recently contacted Ambient Edge Plumbing for a simple cartridge replacement in our guest shower, a job that had last been done by Craig Plumbing in 2023 for $180. Unfortunately, I couldn’t locate the original receipt, so I decided to call Ambient Edge for assistance.
