Derek was excellent and took his time to show me the lay of the land. I am not familiar with heat/pump systems but now I am. The system check was challenging because the heater/heat pump is in the attic however Derek made it look easy. This was the second year in a row that I have used Ambient and both visits were first class. I'd recommend Ambient to everyone. Lastly, their customer service is first class. 10/10 Steven M

James Stauffer has been to our home on several occasions to do installation , maintenance and repair for us . He is extremely hardworking, personable and professional. He takes time to thoroughly explain everything he is doing and give you an estimate of the cost beforehand. The price you pay is definitely worth the quality of work you receive. I would highly recommend Ambient Edge.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Derek Owens and his apprentice Michael Vonlaurw for doing a awesome job for my wife and I on our Mini Split install. They are a very professional and efficient team, and we're very nice to my wife and I. They answered all our questions and helped us navigate the system. We have a nother unit to install and will ask for them specifically. We would and will recommend Ambient Edge to anyone looking for any HVAC needs. Thanks again Ambient Edge and Derek and Michael.

I would have given Ambient Edge a 5-star rating except for what I considered an exorbitant fee charged. Repairman Louie and his helper were courteous and did a professional job replacing three of my outdoor hose faucets. My only concern was they took only just under 1-1/2 hrs to complete the job but I was initially charged $974. That worked out to over $400 per hour after part costs. It’s never fun dealing with unexpected home repairs., especially costly ones. However, Kyle was a pleasure to work with in getting my mom’s new HVAC system quoted. He was kind and patient. He was able to cover the technical aspects of the job in a way we could easily understand. He is an asset to Ambient Edge!
