A very enjoyable experience, Michael VonLaurus called before his arrival and was on time. He was very friendly and helpful with my service call. After a full maintenance check, he cleaned everything thoroughly, and even gave helpful tips to keep my system running longer. I highly recommended Ambient Edge for any HVAC service that you might need. I also suggest signing up for their VIP service; it’s truly worth it. I didn’t have to pay anything since I’m enrolled in the VIP program.
Our new HVAC was installed yesterday by Travis and another employee that I unfortunately did not get his name. They were polite and respectful. Even though it was an all day job they were still willing to pause as they were cleaning up to leave to answer my questions. Thank you for all your hard work!
Great install! New blower arrived. Work included rewiring from older install. Team worked well together confirming t-stat and system connections. My house is back in shape. Thanks Derek and Chris!
Just wanted to give a big shout out to Derek Owens and his apprentice Michael Vonlaurw for doing a awesome job for my wife and I on our Mini Split install. They are a very professional and efficient team, and we're very nice to my wife and I. They answered all our questions and helped us navigate the system. Just had Jason Gastro come by our house for a service call regarding a leak from our air conditioner. He called to notify us of his arrival. Jason was on time and very polite. I discussed the issue we’re having, he was up on the roof took care of the issue came down and explained everything to me, including pictures of what the issue was and how he repaired it.
