I purchased a completely new hvac system for my elderly mother who is also sickly and now trapped in a home that is over 90 degrees because we cannot afford to fix this issue on our brand new system. It was installed December 31, 2021. The company came out in 2022 3 times to fix failures. In 2023 they've come out twice.
