They do a great job everytime.....with so little to work with!
I left the salon last week with hair that looked nothing like the picture I brought in, also with a defined line-which I specifically said I didn't want. I was going for a subtle ombré/balayage look. When I called to go back in I just asked they put highlights in; I didn't want her to re attempt my look as she already tried 2 times last week and was unsuccessful. I left the salon being charged!!!! I'm a long time customer that will NOT be back, so disappointed.
I, too, came in under "emergency" circumstances with the worst botched dye job ever from a salon at home (Tampa). I was in town for an aniversary party, Lynn fixed everything, and gave me the best color i've ever had. I live in Florida and I'm making another appointment to have Lynn do my next color/cut. I don't know how long i can keep this up, but I'm going to try!!!!
