I have been following the owner Albert Preciado for a while he has great content in his page .The guy has understanding of real estate and mortgages beyond your knowledge.I have never personally made business with Mr.Preciado ,but the way he carries himself and treats his family is a reflection of his character. Definitely will be working with him in the future.Love from Texas .
We tried buying a home Tonia Felczer had listed and it was a nightmare. She was extremely unprofessional and sent counter offers scribbled out on pieces of paper with ridiculous demands from her and her clients. She would also sometimes just refuse to respond to our offers or give confirmation they were received for WEEKS. Rude.
