Arthur was great and my nail look so nice
I’m very upset with the unprofessional and passive aggressive behavior that Nathan gave off during my service. He was pointing and queuing to me as if I was a toddler. He was disrespectful and rude. He was very aggressive pull my hand every way instead of telling me or asking me to move. He rushed through my nails and left acrylic on my skin and went over my cuticles. NiNi was amazing. Probably the best nail tech I have had. I will definitely request her again.
I really wanted to like my gel x nails. With my appointment on Friday 9/26 at 4pm however not even 12 hours later most of my nails have popped off which is a bummer because i had an event to go to that day.
Very happy!
