Update: The owner got in contact with me, explained what had happened in a professional manner, and offered me a refund on those arrangements in a way we both deemed fair and just. She mentioned they were actively working on their customer service aspect in timely responses to those they work with. We had such a wonderful experience working with this team! They created the backdrop and floral décor for our event, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful.
