Super fast and efficient move in everyone communicates very well
We've lived her two and a half years and will likely resign. Maintenance is generally quick to fix issues. Aim for an upstairs apartment as the downstairs apartments have more bugs, though prest control is free and comes once a month. There is virtually no roaches in our place but it varies by apartment. Residents are generally between 21 and 40. Super great location. Rent for an un-renovated 2 bedroom (1990s cabinetry and tub) is approx 940. Rental increase has been ~30 a year. I have lived at Amberwood for almost ten years now. I have yet to bring myself to move because I've loved living here so much. Management is absolutely amazing. I've gotten a new water heater when I needed and they even updated my stove for me. They are quick to respond and always understanding. Maintenance is always fast and efficient. Never had an awful neighbor here. In fact I've made life long friends in this complex. It's the most convenient spot in the city for sure. And SAFE!
