LocationLocationLocation Been staying here for about 6 years now, and i'm still loving the place, i'm near restaurants, groceries, my church and a great school for my kid. I've gone through quite a few Property Managers, the guy handling the property as of this time ( Year 2020 ) is the best one so far. Always maintained, attentive to concerns, and definite improvements in SAFETY and upkeep of property. Highly recommended

Mark Dont stay here. Have had many problems inside our apartment. Outside looks great. They took our parking spot to give to someone else even though our lease is parking spot and garage. Nothing gets fixed around and when it does they blame you. Worst apartment for the price you pay. Definitely expect better.

Excellent Management, Very Pleasant Experience I moved my 4-person family into Amberwood in Sept and Oct 2018 while we were house-shopping. We since found a home and moved out. Shelly was very available and accommodating while were selecting which apartment complex to choose, while living there, and when we moved out. All-around great person to work with. Content and thankful! We’ve been at Amberwood for almost 5 years! Since Joe and Shelly have been here, it was become more our home than just an apartment! Joe are and Shelly are good neighbors, supportive, and have addressed our needs in a timely manner! Our stove blew one night unexpectedly. We called Joe and the next day they put in a new stove! They replaced our thermostat, changed our windows, and have addressed every issue promptly. I definitely recommend Amberwood Apartments! Parking might be a challenge but it always ... read more

Nice Place to Live I relocated to Amberwood from a 3-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom apartment. I love living at Amberwood! Management Joe and Shelly are really professional and nice. They address my concerns immediately or asap. I have resided here for 14 years and trust me if it weren't good I wouldn't still be there. Its a large community so you can't expect everything like right away but they do their very best to please the residents and I love living here.

Amberwood I have been living in this complex for 5 years now and have had many managers...however I really like this manager and I hope Joe and Shelly stays for GOOD! They are really nice and very hospitable. Never do they make me feel like I am bothering them. For as long as Joe and Shelly has been here things are being done diligently and professionally. So I hope they stay. I must admit before Shelly became manager it was difficult to get any repairs done here. With Joe and Shelly, they understand how important it is.

Watchout!!! This is Amberwood APT, not a privately owned condo Go check the review of this APT and think again why these units are not leased out, even with the low rent in the area Living in Amberwood APT, Buena Park for 12 month... 3 water leaks - took 2 month to fix Main water pipe replacement - took 4 weeks 4 heater problems - Bagging them for 3 weeks to fixed it 3 AC Problems - Bagging them for 5 weeks to fixed it 3 parking site relocation without notice – ended up parking 300yard away from my unit I don't want to line ... read more

Pretty nice It's an okay place, asthetically nice on the outside apartments are spacious but pretty expensive for what you actually get, appliances that come with the place are horrible and poorly installed.
