Horrible! Do not rent from them. First of all this building/parking lot has rats! I will never forget the embarrassment of my aunt/mother arriving at my house around dusk and calling me to tell me they were too afraid to leave the car because rats were in the parking lot! The manager of Amber properties are horrible! They basically kicked everyone out so they could raise the rent.
