I recently had a Tag Heuer watch that stopped working. It wouldn't change time or date. So I went to Ambers Jewel Box. I've been there before for minor watch issues. Battery replacement and to add/ remove links from a watch. I showed them the watch. They immediately told me they couldn't work on it in-house but could ship it to an authorized repairman free of charge that could work on it. DO NOT COME HERE, DO NOT TRY TO GET YOUR GOLD JEWELRY REPAIRED. THEY ARE NOT ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL, THE QUALITY IS VERY POOR, AND THE REPAIRS DO NOT LAST. First, the girl at the counter is very friendly until you mention a problem with the work done. She gets into a conversation where she contradicts herself, trying to justify the shoddy work.
