Mel was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I had taken my husband's watch battery to be replaced, which was handled in less than 10 minutes. While there, I asked Mel to clean my diamond engagement ring, which she did, then looked through a loupe and told me 2 of the 6 prongs were worn down. I inquired how much it would cost and she replied under $100. I would much rather spend money now than take a chance on losing the stone & replacing it at a later date.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Left an heirloom piece (I was pretty nervous) and their professionalism was comforting. They completed the work a day EARLY. And their repair was flawless!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
