I loved the showroom and the jewelry was beautiful, however, the man who appraised my jewelry was very arrogant and rude. I had an written appraisal from River Oaks Appraisal and I was told with one of my pieces that I should toss in the trash. I was given $1200. written appraisal River Oaks Jewelry Appraisal on my string of pearls BUT he told me not worth anything. I did notice the other employees were very nice.
Great store and fantastic jewelers! Fixed my bent platinum ring in minutes as well as cleaned both rings! Very friendly staff too! I'll definitely be telling husband about this beautiful place. Wink wink!
