I know there is two seperate amber apartments. The maintenance crew who works 2432 Crooks Rd are the following On time Never take more then a half hour to respond Have the problem fixed right away Friendly Good guys Care about your stuff and you They are Fantastic
I had a disappointing experience with the leasing process. The staff member I worked with was friendly, but the overall handling felt irresponsible. I repeatedly asked whether my documents would meet the requirements, and I was told there would be no issue. However, my application was ultimately declined for reasons that were clearly visible in the documents I had provided in advance. This was something that could have been checked and communicated before I applied, and I ended up feeling misled by the process.
I’ve lived at amber place for ten years and they are the upmost professional people ever! Office people are very efficient…Linda ,Kate Maintence is amazing Clean professional On the ball ( Les DJ David) take good care of me every time Always finish the job and clean up And very polite! We've lived here for 7 years and have loved it! Maintenance is very responsive and the gardens are beautiful.
I’ve lived in one of their complexes since I moved to Michigan 6 years ago. In fact, I only switched units because a larger townhouse opened up! The office is very communicative and easy to work with, which is awesome. As some reviews have stated, a lot of the units are older and there can be issues that go along with that, however their maintenance team goes above and beyond to remedy any maintenance request that you put in.
