I’ve lived here for 3+ years and have had very few complaints. Whenever I need maintenance done or there’s an issue with something, Les or David show up speedy quick to help!
Both the maintenance staff and leasing staff make this a very stress free living situation. In 5 years, I have yet to have a bad experience and they are always SUPER responsive with our requests. Whether it's an emergency or not, we are always tended to within the same day or the next. Highly recommend!
so happy to say i’ve reached my year mark with amber apartments . i’ve always been a fan of their apartments but never gotten the chance to move in to their unique units but i finally did . Paul is very easy going and responsive with concerns as well as Ehrlich & Jason they are very on it , appearing out of thin air after i make a request lol. much respect to them . My neighbors are very friendly and we all help out around here. glad to be apart of the community 🤍
Don't live here unless you are a deep sleeper. The heating units are so old and broken. You can see how destroyed the heat sync, fins, and sliders are. Not to mention disgusting. Photos were taken with the matainance guy there.. telling me that everything is "normal, the broken fins are not a problem, and that the plastic sliders on the bottom of the heat sink are cosmetics."
