Shout out to Amberlin, Georgetown! Grounds are beautiful, plenty of things to do if want to stay busy and I’ve met some very wonderful people! I also want to give a big shout out to the office staff. Alexis, property manger is great, Shelley, Angelica as well as Erica are all outstanding at their jobs! They strive for excellence for sure. Very friendly and accommodating! Can’t leave without thanking the great maintenance people. Will and Taylor are great and so helpful!

I am so lucky to be here now after having brought musical events here the past 4 years! The management is excellent in all that they do even to the little things of showing me the code to the gate to get into the mail and stopping what they were doing to do that. That shows me they think I am important. They give great information and checking on me and making sure I'm settling in. My wife and I currently live at Amberlin at Georgetown, but after only four months, we are doubtful that we will renew our lease. We moved here hoping to become part of a welcoming community and develop meaningful relationships with our neighbors. Unfortunately, our experience has not matched those expectations. Although Amberlin offers excellent amenities and an impressive calendar of activities, we have found the social environment to be cliquish and difficult to navigate—particularly for residents in the 55–60 age range. ... read more

Alexis and Shelley at Amberlin Georgetown are phenomenal. They are so welcoming and always professional, quick to help. They make working with this property an absolute joy!
