Do not move here!!! Poorly constructed. Maintenance is difficult to get. Corporate management denies every thing. SNAKES!! Rattle snakes!!! 12 so far this season. People are afraid. No one is out unless a nessesary. Corporate refuses to get help!!! I had a 4 ft one 3 feet from my patio and it is still out there!!! Do not come here.
It has been a nightmare since day 1. Leaks, yard flooded and still isn’t properly draining, rats chewing wires off of cars and now 12 rattle snakes have been killed and many have gotten away. Management refuses to do anything about them. This is a complex for seniors who should not have to live in fear 24/7.
I am so happy with the amenities and especially the staff here!!! I have been here almost 2 years and they have been fantastic! Max, the new member of the management team fits in well and is very pleasant and efficient also. Great place to live! Bonnie Klohs
Thanks to Bobbie, she connected me to the Georgetown and Pflugerville locations. Diane and Nick at Pflugerville were outstanding. I stayed there a night and meet some wonderful people. Diane picked out a wonderful apartment for me. Next I stayed at the Georgetown location where Cara and Ann showed me the ropes there. It was a tough choice but ended up choosing the Georgetown location. I can tell Sparrow spends time with their sales professionals. Ann and Cora made it an easy transition for my mother moving in. Everyone has been so helpful, friendly and nice from the staff to the residents. Definitely a great place for anyone 55 and up looking to build friendships and have a place that cares!
