I went to Amber Lane to have my ring repaired after having ongoing issues with my white gold setting (the prongs were constantly breaking.) They gave me several options, including repairing the existing setting or completely resetting the ring. I brought in my wedding band because I thought I might need some repairs on one of the mini diamonds. After he inspected it and cleaned it, it was fine. I asked to pay and he said no charge. Great customer service! Their price list for resizing, watch repairs, platinum cleaning etc is very reasonable compared to the mall franchise jewelry stores. Definitely support this local family business.

Pricing for jewelry repair was half the price of some of the big named stores. The repairs were done within a week. Which is also better than the others. Shop locally and support this business! They deserve it. They gave my husband amazing customer service. We will definitely be back.
