I would like to say that my experience with Nick was amazing have been a resident here for 7 years. The staff now are nice and friendly and always welcoming and helpful. They have completely made living here a wonderful experience.
Our experience with this complex has been awful from the beginning. There were large holes in the wall and urine in the carpet present on the day we moved in. The property is old, and the owners are desperately trying to nickel and dime everyone with fees so that they can scramble to throw a patch on everything to try to make it functional, and it consistently falls short.
