I have been a tenant here for the last five years we have had the water turned off multiple times in a year. We have had our building shot at with guns and on top of that our last couple of months staying here we have gotten charged an excessive fee for throwing a couple of boxes a fine of 350 dollars. No renten aquí las que te atienden en la oficina son groseras pedantes de paso, no resuelven los problemas, hay camiones e infinidades de carros parados y nunca puedes estacionarte cerca de tu casa y cuando llegas en la noche nunca hay parking pagas para nada los apartamentos viejos rechinan las puertas remendadas todo está recomendado, no vale la pena y la administración no hace nada, pero vas a hacer un reclamo o vas a hacer algo y nunca resuelven y te tratan mal
Una zona muy buena con un lago hermoso pero con una pesima administracion... basura por todos lados, todo esta oscuro y cuando se necesita q se arregle algo en el apartamento pasa mucho tiempo.... pesima atencion.
I lived here for about 7 years and throughout that time management has went downhill. Let me just say if you’re not of Latin/Hispanic descent forget about living here. The new management is prejudice. Water always out damn near monthly, when they say someone is working on it no one is out there. One night me & my fiancé were leaving for a date night we were attacked by 2 pit bulls by someone who was not a tenant. Do not move here. I’ve lived here for less than a year, and the list of issues is already exhausting. The grounds are poorly maintained. Walkways are constantly covered in duck feces, including the trail around the pond; which is literally collapsing into the water. The dumpster area is treated like a landfill, with trash scattered throughout the property. Homeless individuals regularly enter the neighborhood and sleep in the pavilion or on the hammocks near the volleyball court. The number of ducks is out of control, there ... read more
