One of the worst apartments in all of Georgia, they call it amberLAKE because their teeeible apartments will make you want to jump in their lake. CONSTANT WATER AND PIPE ISSUES, going multiple hours without water with little to no notice. This can ruin kids bladders and that of pregnant women but they don’t care. And before I forget they have a constant roach issue. IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF RUNNNM, their apartments are third world living conditions.
Went to tour this apartment a week ago!! It’s not like the pictures showed. The balcony of the apartment we toured looked like it was gonna fall off. We toured a few apartments and one of the dishwashers were hitting the fridge, also the kitchen were very small. The residents who currently live there, appeared to look like they were smoking weed!!! But the things that came with the apartment were very nice. Wasn’t what I expected
Made an appointment for a tour and stood in the lobby alone for ten minutes before giving up a leaving. It’s looks run down and dirty anyway
I've tried calling several times and I can never get anyone on the phone. I was interested in taking a tour
